The Truth behind gun's, and the people they protect.

If Firearms we taken away from the American people put millions of Americans in danger, take away every American's right to defend themselves, and would give criminals the proper environment to commit crimes. it is true that more should be done to stop criminals from getting firearms, that if where increased physiological background checks come into play. But almost everyone is united on background checks.

Sexual Predators, and Murders

Taking guns away would put 200,000 American women at risk of sexual crimes. In 2014 alone 200,000 American women used gun's to defend themselves against sexual crimes. there is so much evidence that proves that people can defend themselves against murders if they are armed, for example in America gun sales have gone up 20% since 1980 but homicide rates have gone down by 48%.

Crime in General

Studies show that people are 70% less likely to commit Crimes if they know Guns are around. In England, where handguns have been banned since 1992 there has been a 9% increase in Crime Rates. As opposed to England Kennesaw, Georgia requires every Home to have a gun. And ever since the law was enacted the crime rate dropped 52%, and there was an 89% decrease in Burglaries
